Karina Arteaga

A British-Venezuelan tech strategy leader with 12+ years of experience scaling go-to-market strategies, launching products, and leading cross-functional teams across global tech companies.Karina's career spans senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 technology firms like Meta, VMware (Dell Technologies), and Temenos, where she helped shape operational and business planning across EMEA.

At Meta Reality Labs, she led the launch of more than 10 AR/VR products and developed global frameworks that are still used today for launch readiness, planning, and cross-regional alignment.She now leads visible as its founder and principal consultant, helping companies transform their operations and go-to-market strategies through AI advisory, automated systems, and thought leadership positioning.She completed executive studies in Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where she deepened her expertise in using AI to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.She also holds a Master’s in Digital Media and Mass Communications from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Venezuela).
